The Challenge
Let me tell you about this client .
He works in Riyadh. His flat is in Amman. Every night, he would lie awake imagining his empty roof terrace – dull tiles, dust, and a broken chair. He dreamed of a real terrace. A place with a BBQ, a cozy pergola, soft lights, and art that made him feel proud.
But fear ate at him.
“What if the insulation fails? What if water seeps through and ruins everything?”
“I’m not there. I can’t see what they’re doing. How do I know they’re not cutting corners?”
“My family is visiting in five weeks. If this isn’t finished, I’ll be humiliated.”
